1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Solo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Solo is a software product of Round Table Strategy LLC, an independent technology company. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Software Vendor Notice: Solo is a technology service, not an insurance product or advisory service. Round Table Strategy LLC also operates an insurance practice under Regie Durana. These are separate and independent activities. Purchasing Solo does not create an insurance or advisory relationship.

2. Description of Service

Solo provides SMS-based appointment booking, calendar synchronization, QR codes, short links, surveys, and related scheduling tools for service providers. The Service requires a valid phone number and calendar account (Google or Microsoft) to function.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and phone number. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscription and Billing

Solo offers paid subscription plans billed monthly. Payment is required at signup. You may cancel at any time, and your access continues until the end of your billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial periods.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for spam, harassment, illegal activities, or any purpose that violates applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. SMS and Phone Services

Standard message and data rates may apply when using SMS features. We are not responsible for carrier fees or delivery delays outside our control.

SMS Consent (TCPA): By providing a phone number and activating SMS booking features, you consent to receive automated text messages from Solo for appointment confirmations, reminders, and service notifications. Message frequency varies based on appointment activity. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

6a. No Legal or Insurance Advice

Solo is a scheduling tool. Nothing in this service or its outputs constitutes legal, insurance, financial, or professional advice of any kind. You are responsible for compliance with applicable laws in your own jurisdiction, including any industry-specific regulations governing your practice.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for missed appointments, calendar sync issues, or any indirect damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
