By accessing or using Solo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Solo is a product of Round Table Strategy LLC. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Solo provides SMS-based appointment booking, calendar synchronization, QR codes, short links, surveys, and related scheduling tools for service providers. The Service requires a valid phone number and calendar account (Google or Microsoft) to function.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and phone number. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscription and Billing

Solo offers paid subscription plans billed monthly or annually. All plans include a 7-day free trial. You may cancel at any time, and your access continues until the end of your billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial periods.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for spam, harassment, illegal activities, or any purpose that violates applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. SMS and Phone Services

Standard message and data rates may apply when using SMS features. We are not responsible for carrier fees or delivery delays outside our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for missed appointments, calendar sync issues, or any indirect damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
